Our website is provided via the following CDN services, which may process technically necessary data such as IP address, timestamp, and browser information to improve loading speed and ensure security:

  • Bunny CDN – for the delivery of static content (Privacy Policy)
  • cdnjs (Cloudflare) – for the delivery of JavaScript libraries (Privacy Policy)
  • unpkg – an open-source CDN for NPM packages (Fastly's Privacy Policy)

The use of these CDNs is in the legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR or Art. 31 revDSG.

 

4. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

When visiting our website, the following data is automatically collected:

  • IP address (anonymized if possible)
  • Date and time of access
  • Visited pages and content
  • Referrer URL
  • Browser type and version as well as operating system

This data is used for system security, error analysis, and statistical evaluation. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR as well as Art. 31 revDSG.

 

5. Contact Form

The data is processed on servers of Hetzner in Germany.

This website uses Google Analytics by Google Ireland Ltd. to analyze user behavior. The IP address is anonymized before storage. Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR or Art. 31 revDSG).

The following JavaScript tools and libraries are used on our website:

  • Swiper – for displaying interactive sliders on the website (Privacy Policy, if available)
  • GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) – for implementing animations. GSAP itself does not store personal data, but data may be collected through hosting via CDN.
    The use is in the legitimate interest of a modern, user-friendly presentation of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR / Art. 31 revDSG).
